During this first stage, filling out a Pre-qualification Application identifies the anticipated refinance amount for which you will likely be approved. Checking the current estimated value of your home on Zillow is a great way to approximate the equity in your home. Knowing who guarantees your current loan and estimating your closing costs are the final steps to this stage.

After you complete the Initial Referral, your mortgage broker will process your application and contact you. Together, we go over your final product selection and discuss current interest rates.
3. Collect Required Documents

We will work with you to collect any additional documentation the underwriter may require to complete the process.
- Loan Approved!
- Set Closing Date
Once your loan is approved, we will contact you to select a date for the closing.
