Rates and Calculators

Mortgage interest rates can vary greatly due to many factors. One of the largest influencers is the secondary mortgage market. When a lender loans out money to a borrower, they recoup the expenditure by selling it on the secondary mortgage market. This allows the lender to quickly have funds available to lend to additional customers, and offers investors in the secondary mortgage market a slower, steady supply of income.

The table below is provided to our clients as a courtesy and displays the latest information available on current mortgage rates. However, we cannot guarantee that your mortgage will reflect these exact rates when your application is submitted. Be sure to discuss the current mortgage interest rate with your Trident Home Loans representative.
