Leading by example, our Processing Director demonstrates what it means to provide excellent client care. Victoria guides the loan processors though problem-solving skills on conditional approvals and communication with clients to ensure that the processing department delivers the highest quality service possible. She also makes sure that each staff member is following company policies and procedures, and that the mortgage process complies with federal and state regulations. She continuously looks for ways to improve the mortgage process, both in terms of procedures and use of the LOS system to guarantee efficiency, customer service improvement, and to reduce errors.
