Daniel was blessed to grow up in a military family with military values. With his father a Vietnam Air Force Veteran, he understood from a young age the importance of hard work, and commitment to something bigger than himself. After his father’s military service, he went into Real Estate, where he spent 35 years as an executive, eventually at Coldwell Banker. In his early career, Daniel launched or ran large consumer brands, some that you likely know. For a season, he dabbled as a leader in Global 100 and Fortune 500 companies before the start-up bug would bite again. Sentry Residential grew out of an immense passion for serving those who have served. This is a core part of the military-first real estate brokerage that Daniel owned with co-founder Mike Chiesl. In running one of the nation’s top real estate teams together, they realized that military members and vets across the country deserved to be consistently protected and served in their real estate needs.
