Roy Stephens

Mortgage Loan Originator

NMLS # 2224713

My career has always been centered around serving people and I have always found the greatest satisfaction in building relationships and delivering exceptional service.

I joined Trident Home Loans in January 2021 as a Mortgage Loan Processor, where I gained valuable experience working behind the scenes to help borrowers navigate the mortgage process. In July 2022, I became a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, allowing me to work directly with clients and help them achieve their homeownership goals. Today, I am licensed in multiple states and specialize in VA loans, helping veterans, active-duty service members, and their families secure financing that best fits their needs.

Before entering the mortgage industry, I spent nearly three decades serving customers and leading teams in the restaurant and franchise business, including as the owner and operator of two Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations and a General Manager with TGI Fridays.

Whether you’re purchasing your first home, building a new home, refinancing, or exploring your VA loan benefits, I’m committed to providing personalized guidance, honest communication, and a mortgage experience you can feel confident about every step of the way.
